Children in Upper 6 (year 6 at Lady lane Park School) planted their 'Year tree' with the help of Rev. Weaver this morning in our traditional start of year ceremony for year 6. Rev. Weaver blessed the tree after it was planted by the pupils and wished the children well at the start of their final year at school.
